1. Free Shipping Thresholds

Enjoy free shipping when you meet the following order minimums:

Within the U.S.: Free on orders over $50

Japan & Asia: Free on orders over $150

Europe & Rest of World: Free on orders over $160

For orders below these amounts, live shipping rates from our carriers will be displayed at checkout.

2. Carriers & Origins

Ships from: Newberg, Oregon, USA We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. You can select your preferred method at checkout:

Yamato Transport (Highly recommended for reliable shipping to Japan)

USPS (United States Postal Service)

DHL Express / FedEx (Fastest international shipping)

3. Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days

Japan & Asia: 6–14 business days

Europe & Others: 7–21 business days

4. Tracking & Packaging

Tracking Included: Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way.

Secure Packaging: We use high-quality, professional-grade protective materials to ensure your crystals arrive safely. We pride ourselves on our meticulous Japanese-style packaging standards.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

1. 配送料金について

お買い上げ合計金額に応じて、以下の通り送料無料特典を設けております。

米国内： $50以上のご注文で送料無料

日本・アジア地域： $150以上のご注文で送料無料

ヨーロッパ・その他の地域： $160以上のご注文で送料無料

※上記金額に満たない場合は、チェックアウト時に配送業者によるリアルタイムの配送料が表示されます。日本国内は一律$28(送料、手数料、関税等込み)

2. 配送業者と配送方法

発送元：アメリカ合衆国オレゴン州 お客様のニーズに合わせて、チェックアウト時に以下の業者・プランからお選びいただけます。

3. お届けまでの目安（発送後）

米国内： 通常 3〜7 営業日

日本・アジア： 通常 6〜14 営業日

ヨーロッパ・その他： 通常 7〜21 営業日

4. 追跡と梱包について

全件追跡番号付き： すべてのご注文に追跡番号が付与されます。発送完了後、メールにて番号をお知らせいたします。

日本基準の厳重梱包： 非常に繊細なクリスタルを扱うため、破損を防ぐ適切な保護材を使用し、日本基準の丁寧な梱包で発送いたします。

5. 関税・輸入税について（重要）

国際配送の場合、お受け取りの際に関税や輸入税が発生する可能性がございます。これらは日本国内向けの配送に限り当店が負担させていただきますので、どうぞご安心ください。
