Refund and Return Policy

Because crystals are unique natural treasures and international shipping involves high costs and risks, we have established the following strict guidelines to ensure a fair and safe transaction for both parties.
1. 7-Day Inspection Period
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking information) to request a return. After 7 days, all sales are considered final and no returns will be accepted for any reason.
2. Natural Crystal Disclaimer (Please Read Before Purchase)
Crystals are products of nature. The following characteristics are NOT considered defects and are not eligible for "damaged" or "defective" return claims:
Natural Inclusions: Internal cracks (veins), mineral inclusions, or surface pits.
Unique Variations: Minor differences in color, shape, or size compared to listing photos (due to lighting and monitor settings).
Size Accuracy: Slight measurement variations (within 2-3mm).
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In the same condition that you received it (unused/unaltered).
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
4. Shipping Costs & Liability

Important for "Change of Mind" Returns:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. * If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Mandatory Photo Evidence for Damage Claims
If your item arrives broken, you MUST provide the following within 24 hours of delivery:
1. Clear photos of the damaged item.
2. Clear photos of the outer shipping box (showing any dents or tears).
3. Clear photos of the shipping label.
Without these photos, we cannot file a claim with the carrier and cannot issue a refund.
6. Packaging Requirement for Returns (Very Important)
If you are returning an item, you are legally responsible for ensuring the item reaches us undamaged.
Items must be packed with professional-grade cushioning (bubble wrap, sturdy boxes).
If the item is damaged during the return transit due to poor packaging, no refund will be issued. * We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
7. Customs and Duties
For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the customer.
返品・交換ポリシー
この度は当店をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当店では、お届けするクリスタル（天然石）の品質に万全を期しておりますが、万が一不備があった場合や、返品をご希望の場合は、本ポリシーに基づき対応させていただきます。
1. 返品・交換の期限
商品到着後 [7]日以内に、お問い合わせフォームまたはメール（info@joyfulcrystal）にてご連絡ください。期限を過ぎた場合の返品・交換は、いかなる理由でもお受けできかねますので、到着後は速やかに商品をご確認ください。
2. 返品・交換をお受けできる条件
以下の場合は、速やかに返品または良品との交換（一点物の場合は返金）対応をさせていただきます。
・お届けした商品が、ご注文内容と異なる場合
・お届けした時点で、配送事故等による著しい破損（割れ・欠け）がある場合
3. 天然石の特性に関する免責事項
クリスタルは自然の産物であるため、以下の事項は**「商品の不備」には該当いたしません。** これらを理由とした返品は「お客様都合」としての取り扱いとなります。
・天然の構造： 内部の亀裂（クラック）、表面の微細な傷や凹凸、内包物（インクルージョン）。
・個体差： 天然石のため、色、模様、形状が写真とわずかに異なる場合。
・端末による差異： お客様のモニター環境やお部屋の照明により、色味が実物と異なって見える場合。
4. 返品をお受けできないケース
以下の場合は、返品・交換はお受けできません。
・商品到着後、[8]日以上経過した商品
・一度でもご使用（浄化、アクセサリーとしての着用、ワークへの使用など）になった商品
・お客様の元で、落下や衝撃により破損・汚損が生じた商品
・商品の一部（付属品など）を紛失された場合
5. 返品時の配送料について
返品の理由に応じて、以下の通り配送料を承ります。

【お客様都合の返品に関するご注意】
・「イメージと違う」「サイズを間違えた」等の理由による返品の場合、往復の送料（送料無料対象注文の場合も、当店から発送した際の送料実費）を差し引いた金額を返金させていただきます。
・振込手数料等が発生する場合も、お客様負担となります。
6. 返品の手続き方法

事前連絡： 注文番号、該当商品の写真、理由を添えてご連絡ください。

受付確認： 当店より折り返し、返送先住所および手順をご案内します。

梱包・発送： 商品は非常に繊細です。お届け時と同等の緩衝材（プチプチ等）を使用し、破損しないよう厳重に梱包してご返送ください。(※返送時の梱包不備で破損が生じた場合、返金いたしかねる場合がございます。)

返金処理： 商品到着・検品後、[5〜7]営業日以内に決済元を通じて返金処理を行います。
7. キャンセルについて
発送完了後のキャンセルは承っておりません。商品発送前のキャンセルについては、お早めにお問い合わせください。
